The high content of tulsi (holy basil) has a positive effect on the nervous, circulatory and digestive systems. It regulates blood pressure and cholesterol levels, which prevents atherosclerosis. Asian basil known for its adaptogenic properties also regulates blood glucose levels. It affects the acceleration of digestion. I regulate the level of cortisol, called the stress hormone, which is why it is recommended as a support in stressful situations. Mint effectively calms down, relaxes muscles and relieves tension
Ashwagandha, another natural adaptogen, allows you to maintain mental and physical well-being, reduces anxiety and fear, has a positive effect on the heart and cardiovascular system. It has antioxidant properties, has anti-stress, anti-inflammatory, sedative and anti-anxiety properties. The composition is complemented by lemon peel and lemon oil that cleanses the body and complements the mixture with taste. A hot infusion drunk before bedtime will relax the mind and body, ensuring a restful sleep.
